Krzysztof Matej recognizes perfectly the scope of duties of individual restaurant crew members. His professional career begun as a waiter at five-star Landmark and Royal Horseguards hotels in London. From the beginning he stood out because of his services quality. In effect the prestigious Harrington Hotel mandated him the supervision of its restaurant. He was responsible for crew training, ensuring quality of customer services and supplies. Then he worked as a manger at Warsaw and London Sheraton. From that moment he managed crew of several dozen, took responsibility of budget planning and fulfillment, menu and standards of hotels proposed services. Before return to Poland, he managed two bars, restaurant, room service, minibar and executive lounge at Hilton.
