Chef at the Lemongrass restaurant. Active in the Polish gastronomy sector for about ten years. From 1998 - 2006 ran "Orientalna" restaurant at Sheraton hotel in Warsaw. At that time, he received great recognition of customers preparing dishes of Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian and Indian dishes. His specialty was the Fish Buffet served twice a week. Commitment of Sanad Changpuen to the quality of served dishes, at the time he run "Orientalna", brought about the Businessman Magazine award for the best restaurant serving far east dishes in Poland.

Before arrival to Poland for ten years he gained experience by working in reputable restaurants in Saudi Arabia and Thailand with each time taking more and more responsible positions. Of mention are Sofie Eddah (Saudi Arabia), Sofitel Central Hua Hin (Thailand) and MeliaHua Hin (Thailand) hotels.

Sanad Changpuen is faithful to the principle of preparing dishes only by using the freshest ingredients. This causes immediate respect and recognition of the customers. He is known not only for being a distinguished chef but also as a friendly householder of the restaurant and guide to the world of oriental tastes.

is an experienced manager in gastronomy services area. He worked in Warsaw, and recently in London. To create LemonGrass restaurant he returned to Poland.

Krzysztof Matej recognizes perfectly the scope of duties of individual restaurant crew members. His professional career begun as a waiter at five-star Landmark and Royal Horseguards hotels in London. From the beginning he stood out because of his services quality. In effect the prestigious Harrington Hotel mandated him the supervision of its restaurant. He was responsible for crew training, ensuring quality of customer services and supplies. Then he worked as a manger at Warsaw and London Sheraton. From that moment he managed crew of several dozen, took responsibility of budget planning and fulfillment, menu and standards of hotels proposed services. Before return to Poland, he managed two bars, restaurant, room service, minibar and executive lounge at Hilton.
